Personal information (such as name, contact details and commission brief) is collected only for the purpose of managing and completing your commission and related administration (e.g. invoicing, communication and delivery).​

Reference images and photographs are collected solely to create the artwork you have commissioned and for any additional uses that you have explicitly agreed in writing.​

Use and retention of data

Your personal information and reference images will not be kept longer than necessary to complete the commission and meet any basic legal or accounting requirements, after which they will be securely deleted or anonymised.​

Reference photographs and commission details are not used to train AI systems or shared with third parties, except where required by law or where you have given clear consent.​

Marketing and image use

Your images and personal information will not be used for marketing, social media, website galleries or any other promotional purpose without your explicit permission.​

If you do give consent for your commissioned artwork or reference images to be shared for marketing purposes, you can withdraw that consent at any time, and future use will stop as soon as reasonably possible.​

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have rights including access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion in certain circumstances, and restriction of processing.​
